1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Kefica website (www.kefica.com), mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

Kefica grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to these Terms.
